C.O.H.O.R.T
Cohesion, Operational Readiness, and Training

This blog is for all my COHORT brothers who had the honor of being the very first soldiers of 4-17 Infantry.  From the red clay and record cold Georgian winter of 1984 to the West Coast, Planet Ord, and continuous time in the field (Hunter Liggett, etc) we became Men, Buffaloes, Lightfighters, and Brothers in Arms.  With many great Officers and NCOs, these years were hard, but rewarding.  We can all look back with pride at being a part of this era.  "Buffalo!"
